John Palmer came over from England around 1688 and settled in Delaware Co. He was a farmer and land owner. They were Quakers. A colonial settler in Concord Township, Delaware County. John Palmer was issued a patent for land in Concord Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania on 26 September 1688. John Palmer's will was proven 1 August 1742 and written 22 Apr 1740.
